Final Submissions Deadline

Hey guys,

We need to have all documents for the Adobe DVD in by 10:00pm TONIGHT.  The DVD will be burned at 10:30.  Anything submitted after 10 will not be guaranteed to be on the DVD.  Please submit on time.

I will be making a folder on the server for submissions. Follow directions carefully or your work won't end up on the dvd.  It will be in this format:

Post files under this file path   23 Final Ebook Submission Folder>  Group 8 Folder>   Ebook DVD Folder>

Under Ebook DVD Folder:

-Final Master FLA File
-Final Master SWF File
-Text File (the explanation of the project, has been written already)

-Team Submissions Folder>

     -Story Folder>
         -Hillary>
               - Story boards
               -Other assets relating to story
               - Text File: Name, Email address, Program Preference (Mac or PC) Describe your role or what you've worked on.

     -Visual Development Folder>
          -Dang >
               - Visual development assets:  Image files> ideations, finished renders, etc.
               -Text File:as described above
          -Crystal >
               -(see previous example)
          -Cody>
               -(see previous example)
          -Bridget>
               -(see previous example)

     -Animation Folder>
          -Chris>

             -Animations:  Any animations that you have worked on during the project.  I'm sure play blasts are fine.
